We are seeking a senior CNO Analyst/Programmer to lead the design and development of custom software for CNO tools and techniques. You will design and implement end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools, direct the development of new CNO solutions, author documentation, participate in design/code/software readiness reviews, and deliver technical presentations in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes.
This senior-level role is ideal for candidates with advanced experience in software development, strong programming skills, and the ability to lead development teams while delivering high-quality CNO solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of custom software for CNO tools and techniques
Design and implement end-to-end data flow and tasking within CNO tools
Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET
Develop UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
Contribute to embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments
Author and maintain software documentation
Participate in and lead design, code, and software readiness reviews per Government procedures
Deliver technical presentations on assigned projects
Direct and lead the development of new CNO solutions to meet customer requirements
Mentor and guide junior software engineers and analysts
Qualifications:
Doctorate + 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s + 10 years, or Bachelor’s + 12 years, or High School diploma + 16 years
Strong programming skills in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
Experience with Windows, UNIX, embedded, or mobile development environments
Demonstrated experience leading software development teams
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions in accordance with Government processes
Clearance Requirement: This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of full scope polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:
