The Systems Administrator will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, as well as manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. The Systems Administrator will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems, ultimately providing support for the escalation and communication of problem status to agency management and internal customers. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load operating system software, while also troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring network components and implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of full scope polygraph.
